Rebekah Spetnagel, M.S.S, R.D.
Rebekah combines her passions of nutrition and marketing at On The Menu. She is a registered dietitian with 17 years experience in clinical and community nutrition and has a master’s degree in communications, specializing in marketing. Rebekah uses her knowledge of nutrition to help the food industry analyze their foods and understand the dietary needs of their clientele. She is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Dietetic Associations, the Celiac Sprue Association and the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network.
Julie Bush, M.B.A.
Prior to On The Menu, Julie was a consultant to Fortune 500 companies, schools and professional organizations. She has 15 years experience in writing, editing and marketing. Julie has a master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in marketing. Her love of food and interest in nutrition combines well with her professional background to bring passion and professionalism to On The Menu. She is a member of Slow Food International and the Colorado Mountain Club.
